  • PLEASE DO YOU USE THE SAUNA IF YOU SUFFER FROM HIGH OR LOW BLOOD PRESSURE OR ANY HEART/CIRCULATORY DISORDER OR HAVE EPILEPSY OR DIABETES.

    PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD CONSULT WITH THEIR DOCTOR BEFORE USING SAUNA.

  • WE HAVE CHANGING ROOMS, TOILETS, OUTDOOR SHOWERS AND LOCKERS

  • SESSIONS CAN BE RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED UP TO 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SESSION THROUGH OUR BOOKING SYSTEM.

  • YOU SHOULD ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR ALLOCATED TIME SLOT.

  • WE RECOMMEND ANYWHERE BETWEEN 5-15 MINUTES.

    OUR SESSIONS ALLOW FOR 3 TO 4 ROUNDS OF SAUNA/PLUNGE ALTHOUGH IT IS PERSONAL CHOICE. ON AVERAGE 10 MINUTES INSIDE THE SAUNA AND 3 TO 4 MINUTES OF COLD EXPOSURE.
